-Added new Area To City Map

-Added New Operator Ship Head Quarters (Upon death you are given a chance to regroup and even choose map however sometimes you wont be so lucky so be careful)

-Added New Powerups: Bonus cash, Stock Up, Smiley Sale and more

-New Gun Rarity system Added: "$tandard Rarity" (Can be as common as a rare gun however damage and effectiveness has nothing to do with rarity aswell as the ability to atomize without rarity upgrades)
